NumerThe second thing that I think easy to learn is number. I am quite
stupid so it take me more than one month to remember and use them
corectly. I hope that you guys will be better
Let's raise one question. Is it usefull for us when we talk with Thai
people? Actually yes. We could use for our age, telephone number, or
number of thing (in general).
To study step by step, we just mention number 0 to 10.
ศูนย์ - soon - zero
หนึ่ง - nueng - one
สอง - song - two
สาม - saam - three
สี่ - see - four
ห้า - haa - five
หก - hok - six
เจ็ด - jet - seven
แปด - bpet - eight
เก้า - gao - nine
สิบ - sip - ten
People usually learning how to count from 1 to 10, I learn number zero from TLOS
Nueng song saam are easy to remember. How about the other?
My learning experience is making relations with other things.
For example:
Number nine is gao. It means rice in Vietnamese. When we talk about
rice, Vietnamese usually think about Mekong delta (it has 9 branches)
. So gao is 9, easy isn't it
gao ===> rice ===> Mekong delta ===> 9 branches at lower section area ===> 9
sip - ten, let's think about ship with the sail (the sail looks like 1 0)
Back to TLOS, could you write down Tong's cell phone number?

He said: soon bpet saam gao soon
nueng bpet saam song soon
While he said nueng, Aex called Mew, so we can hear clearly.
I hope that you enjoy and pratice successfully
